Financing Changes
* we now have a closure date for constrution loan 20060712.
* Our banker left for greener pasture in Wyoming
* Our bank was purchased by the bank in the next town (Hotchkiss)
* Two more banks opened in Paonia - now there are 4 local banks
Construction Notes
* progress is steady, but our workers are not
* plumbing is 75%, electric is 85% to rough in inspection
* interior panels are mostly installed
* Insullation is half done (also half paid for)
* 4 ventilation windows have been added, one more required for bathroom

Summer Solstice has passed without us even going to big party...

We plan to make a shopping trip to Grand Junction this Weekend
